This is my 2nd experience with Banner PTX Ironwood & I am very pleased which is why I returned. My physical therapist this time is Wayne. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & knows what he is doing! His instructions are very specific & he answers all questions & concerns. Also, it is a very clean & beautiful facility. I highly recommend them!
This is a great physical therapy location. I actually chose not to go to one closer to my home and drive an hour to get here. They have great varied equipment. Everyone on the staff is friendly and seem to care about their patients. My therapist, Jeremy, is awesome. He's very patient and encouraging. I feel I am in good hands.
Jeremy was sick so I got Dylan and he was terrific. I learned somethings from him. He was kind and gentle. Yet he pushed to make me better. I liked him a lot. I must say that every single person that works there is kind and friendly. You feel like you are with family.
The staff is very friendly and my physical therapist, Eric, is very effective and friendly. Very nice facility and highly recommend Banner PT.
