I’ve been a patient at other PT offices and this office by far is top notch! You enter the office to be greeted by a ray of sunshine named Karla!! Appointments are always on time - no waiting and you finish on time! In the PT area it’s like being with family Dr Catherine (CJ) and Caitlin are absolutely wonderful!! They are caring, personable, knowledgeable, professional… it’s fun too. I have dry needling done by CJ and I feel like a million bucks afterwards - you have to try it
Literally can’t say enough positive things regarding Kaitlyn! She knows my needs, she is attentive, and always so kind. Thank you!
Banner Physical Therapy is the most awesome place I've been to, why?, because of it's awesome ladies that work there. They are friendly, encouraging, and sweetest people I've dealt with. Joy, CJ, and Kaitlyn have helped me and my pain so very much! It has encouraged me to continue therapy no matter how much pain I'm in. And the amazing thing is that I leave with more energy than I came with! Amazing! Thank you ladies!
TJ is great and is very caring. She is knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys what she is doing.
