Avoid this place at all costs. The fact employers pay banner for these services should be considered fraud
Went on my day off to get my TB test done and they are apparently closed for 2 days. I called twice before going, but not one answered and their automated message stated they were open. They should really update their voicemail if they are going to be randomly closed (not a holiday/bank holiday). Super unprofessional.
Closed without notice. Wasted time
Estimated wait times are NOT accurate in any way, shape or form. For the fourth business day in a row, I have now been waiting on hold for 30 mins + (and counting) to make an appointment. After being told est. wait was 12-18 minutes, I was on hold for 45 mins before I hung up in disgust.
