Helpful and polite staff
You guys need to do better in all aspects, one hour and a half on hold, really? Never answered.
Literally some of the most un-empowered people I have ever seen. Parking at this location is a nuts. Horrible just close this and open a Filiberto’s.
They got me right in , no waiting . The staff was very professional and friendly!
I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, when the receptionist shontel answered I had myself of mute and was on my way to unmute myself and within 3 seconds she hung up the phone. I called back and she answered and I said In a polite way hi I think someone hung up on me and she immediately got snappy and told me because no one answered I proceeded to let her know that I was getting her off of mute and she then interrupted me again and made a snarky remark that they have patients to take care of.
