I arrived for my 5:30 PM appointment at 4:45 PM. Meghan at the front desk took my name and appointment time but never actually checked me in. Instead, I was told to call my doctor’s office for paperwork, which was sent at 4:55 PM. When I asked another staff member if it had been received, she said she had “no idea” and told me to wait for Meghan to get off the phone. I've had 2 visits to Occ Health. Wait times not bad as I was a walk-in. Staff knowledge and friendly! Liz got my paper work I needed and printed other items my employer may need that I hadn't thought of!

Thank you for staying open late, which is incredibly helpful for those of us who work from 9 to 5. I visited twice for some tests, and the staff were really helpful and kind. I had a chest X-ray, and although I forgot the name of the staff member who assisted me but she was very nice and helpful. I am very grateful for her help and kindness. I'm glad we have such wonderful people around us who are willing to assist us without any problem

Terrible place and staff. Called many times to confirm if I need an appointment and to clarify address, directions, parking instructions and no one ever picks up. So you'd expect to get there and see the place busy and staff running around. NOPE. Just a bunch of people sitting, laughing, chitchatting, anything but actually doing their jobs or answering people's calls.
