Terrible customer service from from reception on OCC side. Came in amd waited as a walk in and was told to let them know when i was ready to give urine sample, after 30 min I was ready and had to wait an additional hr and still was unable to be seen. After waiting for so long i really had to go and was told it would still be a long wait. Rather than continue in discomfort i set up an appointment for the next morning. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Banner Occupational Health clinic. I came in for a mask fitting required for my clinical rotations. Before my appointment, I called to confirm the contracted student rate my school had arranged with Banner. The front desk employee Chantel refused to verify it, insisted I was wrong, and told me I would have to pay an additional $30. On multiple visits, I submitted my documents only to be told I needed to resubmit them, despite having already handed them over. Each time, I had to follow up myself to find out whether my paperwork had actually gone through, and each visit involved unexplained waits of around 40 minutes. I was told the location doesn’t perform physical assessments and that I’d need a work clearance letter from my PCP. I got one.
