I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Banner Occupational Health clinic. I came in for a mask fitting required for my clinical rotations. Before my appointment, I called to confirm the contracted student rate my school had arranged with Banner. On multiple visits, I submitted my documents only to be told I needed to resubmit them, despite having already handed them over. Each time, I had to follow up myself to find out whether my paperwork had actually gone through, and each visit involved unexplained waits of around 40 minutes. I was told the location doesn’t perform physical assessments and that I’d need a work clearance letter from my PCP. I got one. Literally some of the most un-empowered people I have ever seen. Parking at this location is a nuts. Horrible just close this and open a Filiberto’s.
