Harmony is so great. Got my documents to me quick! She also is a fast responder! 10/10 customer service.
Apparently no one answers the phone on their appointment line, waited for 45 minutes, so I had to get connected to the front desk just to be told I can’t schedule an appointment until 3 days prior to my return to work date. Freaking ridiculous.
Wait time here is ridiculous for a simple drug screen and breathalyzer. 2+ hours of waiting to be told the machine was not working and it would be an additional wait of up to an hour. Waited another hour and the nurse said she was putting in my information and then disappeared. After asking someone for a status they said “she is trying to login to see if it will work”.
