Came in for a blood draw and one person was in the waiting room. She was seen after 15 min of my arrival. One person came in ten minutes after my arrival and the just seated him. 40 min later and still waiting waiting. This location is horrible. Not sure what people get paid here to do.
I made an appointment for a vaccination, and arrived several minutes early. I was greated by the friendly front desk staff. The check in process was smooth and seemless. I was called to the back after only a couple minutes wait. The nurse was kind, and took her time to ensure I felt at ease. I was in and out just after my actual appointment time. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this clinic.
