Extreme level with mishandling of my personal information, lack of communication past down on the ladder ,very sketchy! Seems like there is a major violation That falls within HIPAA, civil lawsuit waiting to happen. Honestly really disappointed. Had an appointment to get my rabies vaccine. Got a voicemail all but 10 minutes before the appointment saying they didn’t have the vaccine. Yall didn’t know that prior? Like more than 10 minutes prior?
