Had appointment. Checked in an hour early. 10 people after me were seen first. I went up to the receptionist twice to check if they had forgotten me. Let me mention I had filled out my paperwork when I first arrived. Seems they had forgotten or skipped me. No empathy or prioritization to get me asap due to the mistake. Trying to make an appointment by phone waiting time was 3 minutes after 25 minutes I hung up nobody was there just music and more music.
Absolute trash this place is so pathetic you always have to wait a long time the MA’S lie and talk about you in Spanish thinking you don’t know it… they treat you like you are a drug addict making you do 3 mouth swabs over the course of an hour and then sending in contaminated specimens that they touched with there bare hands absolutely do not recommend going here I recommend driving across town literally anywhere else than go here…also was never called or reminded about my second dose for a vaccine I received geez thanks I ... read more
I tried calling multiple times to make an appointment, and was left on hold for a stupid amount of time. The machine says it's only a 10 minute wait, I can work with that. But then I'm on hold for almost an hour without having spoken to a single person. I woulda have been waiting longer but thankfully I saw the reviews and decided it was best to find another place if the wait times were going to be anything like this. Screams unprofessional
