If I could give zero, I would! We try to avoid the emergency room at all costs. The saying around the area is that you'll die at this ER before you'll get helped. I've waited in the waiting room with an allergic reaction, no one else waiting, the people just BS'ing, until my husband got so mad and said my airway was closing, could they possibly do something! I reviewed them already for service but this is for follow up. I have needed an itemized invoice. I have called them 4 times, been on the phone for at least 30 minutes 3 out of 4 time. The fourth time, I requested to be put in line for a call back, never recieved a call. one staff was nice but she said I would receive it in 5 days, weeks later still never arrived.
