My problem is not with the people in this specific branch, I don't understand how you can claim natural disaster on a customer who is making their payments? That is fraudulent, it hurts clients credit, I was told that Transunion put this on, after that lie, an assistant manager called back and said it was the state of Illinois! put this on her credit when her loan originated, and said it would take 90-120 days to take it off! Strange?!?!?!?!?
They are good people and friendly. Prices are fair as well.
