I dont know where to start. Im not a person to leave reviews but what i witnessed today is not okay. I worked in medical care for a very long time and i know we need to have great customer service and have our PPEs on at all times. i went in to get a new hire screen. I booked an appointment and i even arrived early to my appointment. Was told the wait will be 2-3 hours and i could not leave or i will be rescheduled. To begin with I don’t recommend you come here if your gonna get a DOT physical they take forever and Doctor Lauren is very uncooperative, she DISQUALIFIED my DOT physical because she told me to go get some papers to get me cleared so I called to get them send out the paper work but it turned out I had to go in person because I need to show my ID to get the medical records I needed so I let them know I needed to go get my papers to get cleared in person because I needed to show my ID so I left and they tried to call me back b... read more
