I cannot thank Banner Estrella’s Bariatric enough! Dr. Podkameni and the entire staff here is wonderful. The nurses are genuinely happy at my progress when I come in for follow-ups and truly care for my well-being. The office is very clean and accommodating and scheduling is easy. They give multiple resources to help me continue my bariatric journey as well as virtual support groups. I was sleeved November of last year and don’t regret a thing.
Dr Hellar is great… But his assistant is worthless. She doesn’t keep appointment times for nothing. She expects you to stand by the phone all day. I tried speaking to the manager last time she did this, only to get excuses.
Very polite and caring staff.
Staff was all very sweet and kind. Facility was clean and the doctor spent a good amount of time talking to us and explaining our options.
The staff is very polite and good hearted. They really care about there patients. I love this place and the staff.
