I took my child there because he was breathing funny and it was a little scary, it was a terrible experience. The receptionist was rude and condescending and I got charged a ton for a shot that ended up not working. Even though I had insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) there were multiple issues with coverage, after the fact they claimed I wasn't covered and they told me they contacted my insurance company, but when I contacted BBS of Arizona they claimed they were never contacted. Run for the hills! If you have a child and would like to live, go to Phoenix children's hospital. Now they are a class act!
Had to rush to emergency this morning and it was amazing how quickly the staff tended to my families needs. Great job!
