I have been banking at Banner Banks for nearly forty years and their customer service has always been supreme. People there are and always have been friendly with a small town atmosphere and yet all the modern conveniences of what you might expect only in a big city bank!
I’ve had Banner Banks as my bank for more than thirty years. Even though I’ve moved a few times and live in Eau Claire, I find their online banking, new website and friendly helpful staff when I call the bank, to be a reason to keep them as my bank. I’ve never had a reason to switch. It’s a great bank for my business needs.
