Staff is nice but every visit is with a new face. Turnover of employment in Chewelah office is insane and people I know that have been in for interviews are told they will follow up in a week and never receive a call back or return voicemails.
The ones I have gone to have always tried to make me feel welcomed, super friendly and takes care of your funds
The staff is always great, but seems like this location needs more employees; excessively long wait times are always a pain.
