I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Racheal Meloche. Her unprofessionalism and bullying tactics didn't sit well with me. I have been a customer of Banner Bank since they bought out Skagit Bank several years ago. This person needs to have training in customer relations all across the board. I have been to all the other branches of Banner in the county and the service is 100% quality and caring. Racheal failed miserably in my only interaction with her.
Racheal and her team provide consistently wonderful service. In addition, this branch is very involved in the local community. I highly recommend them.
