I have had several fraud alerts and had to go in the bank to resolve the issue. The tellers are extremely helpful and always do their best to fix the issues that occur. The tellers are super friendly.

I loved this bank for years, for their heightened security and incredibly warm and friendly employees. They've always lacked in having good tech integration- and I've definitely had problems with the mobile app over the years, but, nothing big enough to bother closing my account over. In all honesty, no other bank in Rocklin is worth going to. I have been ripped off by the other banks in Rocklin. Banner has the best services, and I have nothing but a great history with them. Im stayin! The other banks have done me dirty.
