I'm going to have to close my account with Banner Bank. No branches are open on Saturday. Can't talk to anyone by phone on Saturday. Not good customer service on that issue. Customer service otherwise is excellent. No Saturday service is a big no no. Adios.
Became aware of Banner Bank during the sale of my grandparents home. I wish I would have known of them sooner my experience has been exceptional from the beginning. Ricardo was first to help me when I opened accounts Ricardo had everything prepared prior my arrival so a few signatures and I was set.
