The tellers are all so nice!
The bank tellers are very kind, and knowledgeable. They make you feel right at home. I do wish that there was a better way to get through to customer service after hours for fraud or lost stolen cards.
I've always gotten my checks free with a senior account, and with Banner Bank there's an expensive shipping charge when I get them. The ATM is out of order pretty often. The employees are nice. Joi is awesome!! I don't like how the ATM is in the back by the alley; I would feel safer if it was on the Solano Street side. Just adding a note to this review- sometimes at the ATM the sun glare is so bright on the screen I absolutely cannot see the numbers!
