I do have to say out of all the Banner Banks I’ve been to the Arlington branch is by far the best one to go to. I refer anyone that needs to open up a checking, savings, money market, CD’s account. Nicole, Izzy and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful in every way possible! I’m so happy and look forward to going to the bank now.
They charge for checking. They locked us out of our online account and calling takes us through phone loops where you can never get a hold of anyone.
Waited in drive through teller line alone for ten minutes before being acknowledged. The visible teller was gossiping with a customer at the counter. It was the manager who realized the problem and came from the office to help. Ten minutes seems long to ignore a customer.
