They charge for checking. They locked us out of our online account and calling takes us through phone loops where you can never get a hold of anyone.
Waited in drive through teller line alone for ten minutes before being acknowledged. The visible teller was gossiping with a customer at the counter. It was the manager who realized the problem and came from the office to help. Ten minutes seems long to ignore a customer.
