I have been banking with Banner for about 10 years now (give or take) and this branch is by far the best bank I have ever worked with! They are always there to help! We even call them instead of the 1800 number for help with certain questions and they are always ready and willing to help and not pass me off to the 800 number. I'm traveling through California. I have coins I rolled up. The tellers discriminated me because of how I look. Told me their coin counter was broken. They would have to unroll every roll count it. I asked if I could come back tomorrow and they said no we are not taking coin rolls at this time and you don't have an account here.They were very rude and uncaring. I don't recommend this bank to anyone. Very horrible customer service relations.

Banner Bank in Mt Shasta loves to play games my wife goes in there to deposit her check and her card was 'locked' but yet no one ever told her that so there just wasting our time. So far they are just not worth it anymore.
Very friendly and professional staff. Great services and no sales pitches. The kind of community bank we need (no big Wall Street ties)
