This is my first visit to Banner Bank, setting up a new (special) checking account. Upon walking into the bank, I was greeted with smiles and friendly employees. Meranda and Heather were so very helpful. I look forward to utilizing this bank, and the location, so close to home.
Heather and Miranda were great helping me to open an account for my new business. They were polite and professional with great personalities. It took awhile due to the new system but they were patient and thorough eventually getting everything done. Thanks to them, Ankejo Publishing now has a competent banking solution.

I just went in because I needed a roll of pennies and was thinking about switching to this bank. But they would not exchange a dollar for some pennies because I wasn't a member! How silly, they literally lost a customer for life over some pennies.
