Never been impressed by Banner Bank
I was in The Netherlands and Heather and Lisa renewed my CD and handled everything while I was traveling in Europe! The Customer Service is always amazing!

The personal bankers and tellers at this branch are really great to work with. They are friendly kind and understanding. Of course I try to take care of my needs online, but when I get stuck, a quick in person visit or even phone call always gets me a resolution to my needs.
