The bank itself is quiet, well kept, clean and properly layed out for a bank. I hear they help their community, and many like their banking services. I accompany my friend to this bank over many years. My 3 stars is for the casual, non-professional appearance. I am not speaking of behaviours or knowledge of the staff. I love this bank especially the Blaine, WA Branch and Ferndale Branch. Nancy Stull is over the top helpful with all aspects of financing. Their 10 year draw HELOC is pretty untouchable. Julie Langley is also amazing. Both incredibly helpful, resourceful respectful women! Not to mention they faithful call to wish me a happy birthday every year and if something seems off on my accounts they call me and give me a heads up. Everything I need from a big bank with a personal small hometown feel! Give them a call!
