The Employees are friendly and work hard for customers
Here’s the thing: I worked with Crystal on my home loan and she was really lovely and a nice person. However, I was set up with Crystal (all systems go!) to house hunt, which I did for months and was priced out of almost everything. When I finally had an offer accepted, I reached out to Crystal and she said she could not close my house in 30 days (which, to my understanding, is industry standards) and it almost lost me my dream house. Really bad 👎 staff are annoying
Gave my brother a check to change into a cashiers check so we could pay our rent. Loudly, the receptionist said he didn't look "businesslike" and decided that she couldn't help him. Was very rude, and dismissive. Very unhappy with this bank, the people who work here, and their service. We called before coming in to check that we could in fact do this.
