My mom goes in every month to cash her social security check.She does not have a account with this bank because she's 76 and set in her ways. However she's banks with this particular bank because it's close to her.She can't get around she's handicapped and someone usually goes,in the branch to cash her check with her. The Branch manager was very helpful in switching to Banner. The staff was most helpful.
Went in today to get $20 in quarter for laundry. was told no because I don't have an account with them!? what are you not a bank? oh maybe it's because my husband is a disabled veteran and we bank through USAA and no local bank available to us. sorry but now I will never ever ever bank with u.
