My wife and I had a great experience with Banner Bank and particularly the Loan Officer at the Riverside branch, Tony Meza. I always appreciate how personable everyone is at Banner Bank. They know me. They know a little about my life. I feel comfortable asking Sandra and everyone else there all of my banking questions. It's refreshing to know there are still businesses out there that treat their customers like people, not just numbers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give this bank a zero stars I would. And it is very unfortunate to post this considering my whole family has banked with them since I was in elementary school. This was my first bank and back then they were great, helpful and kind but in the recent years their customer service has had a significant downgrade due to complete change in staff.
