AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give this bank a zero stars I would. And it is very unfortunate to post this considering my whole family has banked with them since I was in elementary school. This was my first bank and back then they were great, helpful and kind but in the recent years their customer service has had a significant downgrade due to complete change in staff. Custom service is next level
When there is not a homeless camp in the doorway, there are piles of trash. They need to take better care of their grounds.
I love this bank, because it doesn’t feel like a traditional bank. I recently lost a loved one who had an account here and Stephanie, the branch manager helped me every step of the way. As a result of the amazing service, I am now a lifelong customer. Thank you Banner Bank!
