After struggling to find a bank that would work with my non-profit, I finally found Ricardo at Banner Bank. While other banks gave me poor customer service and never followed up, Ricardo was the exact opposite. He made the entire process stress-free and was incredibly compassionate. Went there to get a new debit card. Sweet young lady named Jessica was so helpful. She changed my address and along the way we had a very nice conversation. Customer service is great there and I'm happy for kindness. We need more people like her in this world!
