Employees will come outside and tell people on the public sidewalk that is the law they can't take pictures of the inside of a bank from outside several employees at this Bank did it. It appears I must not have a job to do if they're coming outside bothering people in public maybe the bank needs to fire these people if they don't do their job obviously they're not doing their job but they're outside. High fees and slow processes. Look elsewhere.
Had to open an account for a client and they helped me tremendously. Dominic Johnson was great! And under pressure, I couldn't ask for a better experience with a bank.
Stop killing your customers time with inexperienced help at counter. Older employees are super. Your new folx clearly need more training. I am sick of wasting time while poorly trained newbies take four times longer than necessary, teaching themselves their jobs.
