RecommendedGood Customer Service. My Sister Banks With Them.
The drive thru at the Argonne & Sprague branch is a joke ! They are rude and act like you are REALLY bothering them . I quit using that branch, which I started with when it was Farmers & Merchants , years ago, because of this issue ! Just needed to get a check register and the girl said you need to go into the main building and get one , she didn't give them out there ! I won't EVER go to this branch again !
Absolute terrible customer service. They are slow with deposits and will not hesitate to charge overdraft charges, even when your account is positive!! I hate this bank..going to try Washington federal!!
I am in Budapest, Hungary and just received a "funds transfer" notice by email. Problem is I cannot reach the bank either from my phone or my son's phone on any number, toll free or not. Plus my online access from the bank is terminated after i enter my id and password to see the activity on the account - since the email gives me no idea of the amount or destination of the transfer i have no idea how to proceed. Thank you for any suggestions - jsz
