The staff is all very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. UPDATE… Used to love this bank. They have been rude the past 4 times I’ve been there. Would not recommend this branch Tom was cool tho
Went in to see about opening a new account, the service there was one of the best. Will be working with them in the futures.
Banner Bank is refusing to allow me to use my account for no good reason. They are forcing me to wait in the lobby for almost half an hour and keep giving me the run around. I am not fraud
