I’ve been a Banner Bank customer since 2001, opening my checking account with summer job money and of all the branches I’ve visited, this location is the absolute worst. The employees here are rude and inconsiderate. Every time I’ve visited this branch, I feel as though my presence and needs are an inconvenience, so much so that I’ve even had a teller roll her eyes at me when I’ve asked a serious question about my account.
