I visited Banner Bank to deal with the account of my best friend who died. I was the executor of her will and the sole heir. Getting access to her account while she was still live so I could pay her bills, and then converting the account to an estate account was not simple. Tom was wonderful to work with, helping me understand what was needed and then taking care of everything for me. I'm grateful that the Banner Bank I found was where Tom works.
I would like to give a shout out to branch manager Kathleen Kantrud. She has been wonderfully helpful since she arrived, and so kind and thoughtful of any situation I ask her about. She's great!!!
Got a new card and have had nothing but problems with it. Talked to a rude teller telling me its my fault for entering the wrong information. Then less than 2 weeks prior applied for a credit card and Tom started professional until again a problem arises and I was told that I gave them the wrong information which that wasn't true. The 1800 number is 10x more helpful than my local branch.
The 3rd ave branch is great to work with Kathy, Shelly and team always have a smile and excellent service. Best branch!
This location is awesome. The drive in-teller knows me when I pull up and always asks if the kids are in the back so they can have their bank lolly. She hooks my mom up with her favorite flavor when she's tagging along. Always helpful. Can always answer random questions and knows to make sure I have information I didn't know to ask for before I drive off. I've been banking with this company for 15 years and they've always looked out for me in every branch I've gone to.
