Jenica Reofrir was super helpful when I needed a print out of every bank statement I've ever had with banner bank. She was exteremly informative, personable and kept in communication with me during the day. Super pleased with my experience!
Some times they get alittle busy and they are alittle slow sometimes but the tellers are knowledgeable and friendly for the most part.
I am very happy with banner bank on Market inside the Safeway. Everyone is so awesome to talk to. Deanna Henry is fantastic! I needed help with my accounts and she was right on it.She got back to me in a timely manner. She was very helpful and I am so pleased to have an account With banner and to work with the people there. I will totally give them a five star all the way they deserve it.
