I have been with Banner Bank since they opened the branch in Chico, CA. Every person in the branch has been friendly and the service has always been exceptional.
Never been into Banner. Opened new account and everything processed in a professional and kind manner.
If I could leave a 0 rating I would. This branch has the worst customer service in Chico. Whenever I go in it is the same 2 women working and they are very rude and spend more time talking to each other than talking to me. Every single time I go in there I am the only customer and that is because they are so rude and have no customer service at all. How is anyone who is employed supposed to ever get ahold of the bank/go in if theyre only ever open during average work hours and closed weekends with no sort of extra services? Also I’ve called and turned off overdraft like 4 times and its STILL overdrafting my account.
Incredible bank. Totally spot on with all banking needs. Incredible staff. Definitely recommend!
