I had a check for $10.09 from Benton REA, from January, but no where on this check does it say void after a certain amount of time, I even called REA and they said it's still good. Was broke so really needed to cash it, had to go there because REA's bank is this place. 2nd time I've tried to cash check there, both times turned down! For a mesely $10?! Seriously! I do NOT like this bank whatsoever, they're not very polite, seem snooty and stuck up. Will never, EVER enter that place again! Next time I'll try another branch in ... read more

Today I came by after work to deposit money and get a money order. The teller was so rude. An older woman with longer, dark hair. She didn’t even say hello, just said “what are we doing?” I was immediately taken back and said hello? Good afternoon? I’m not one to be confrontational but she has TERRIBLE customer service and I was honestly shocked with the way she greeted me. I hope for the sake of the branch that she was having a bad day but regardless, it was very unprofessional. Not to mention the car next to me and myself ... read more
