My intent is with this review is to capture management’s attention regarding the Clearwater branches’ customer service. Today I waited next in line about 15 to 20 minutes to make a deposit. By the demeanor and tone of the conversation Janine was what it looked like to be socializing with another customer the entire time. When she finally called me over she asked if I had one deposit.
