I needed to make some changes to an existing account and Erica was able to assist me in doing so via phone. She was very pleasant and efficient, and made the process very easy for me!
Worst bank ever. They decline all the transactions even though you have the money, they constantly lock the account for activity, they have no after hours help. So if your account is locked out you out of luck until they open again. Oh and you can set up any online payments like hulu or Netflix cause that declines also. If I could give negative stars I would leave negative 1000000000000 for all the hassle and inconveniences this bank has caused me
Won't bank definitely don't recommend. Had over 5000 transferred into my account to buy a car and they lady has refused to give me a cashiers check for funds that say available customers service says is available. But the Branch manager has refused to give us a check saying it's like cash you can't get one for 24 to 48hrs. But we can spend the money on the card. Makes no since to me. How can I spend money and buy items but can't have a cashiers check.. Shady as hell.
