Won't bank definitely don't recommend. Had over 5000 transferred into my account to buy a car and they lady has refused to give me a cashiers check for funds that say available customers service says is available. But the Branch manager has refused to give us a check saying it's like cash you can't get one for 24 to 48hrs. But we can spend the money on the card. Makes no since to me. How can I spend money and buy items but can't have a cashiers check.. Shady as hell.
Worst bank. They lock your card and won't unlock it no matter what. Have had to get 7 different cards because they deactivate the bank cards. They have no "after hours" banking and when you do get through they magically get disconnected. I don't even have online access to my account for security purposes and they still screwed it up. Wish u could give negative stars. They get a negative 100.
I can't say enough great things about this branch. They took care of issues or explained how, nice ladies all the staff I talked with some of the nicest Friendliest people I have had pleasure of talking with. There was alot to be done but the lady that helped me never stopped till everything addressed. I only hope I can do everything through them. Thanks Staff!
I have been banking with Banner at this branch before it was Banner. The people here are warm, friendly, and always cheerful. I'ven been with them through transition through two previous banking institution acquisitions. Highly recommended!
I don't have an account there, but when I've had change to cash in, they had a machine similar to Coin Star, except they didn't deduct a fee. That was in 2018-19, so you might want to call them to confirm whether or not they still offer that free service. Additionally, I've had checks, drawn on Banner Bank, and there has never been any problem cashing the check.
