I was extremely happy with my experience. I had a boat loan recently transferred to Banner Bank and it has been a fiasco trying to get the payment information switched over. Daniella was amazing and made my transaction very simple.
Not the friendly home town bank Siuslaw Bank was.
If I could rate it 0 I would for the purpose of Kimberly being the worst teller I have dealt with in my banking career. I can't believe she is employed and in front of customers. The drive thru teller saved the day and was great to work with but unfortunately Kimberly ruined this experience. Use the drive thru of at all possible!!
