Went in to open an account I called they said they didn’t need appointment so I made appointment for next day I get there at 10:20 as my appointment was at 10:30 and they lady was going home so I said no problem tore up the paperwork they gave me and left. Horrible service and all this not one other person in the bank

I love the staff at Banner & love the fact that checking is *free* as is ATM use (via reimbursement) anywhere. That part is a big five stars and then some. While there are few Banner Bank branches around town, they’re more or less accessible from anywhere, so after-hours ATM transactions are easy - and you can (usually!) deposit checks via the mobile app. Sometimes, however, the ATM’s deposit feature has been unavailable when I’ve stopped by in the evening to make a deposit, which is especially detrimental on a Friday evenin... read more
