It’s an alright bank, the system goes down every night for “night time processing” which sucks when you’re trying to see how much money you have. Probably going to switch banks after going through them for a year or so.
I love this branch. It's quick, easy, and convenient with wonderful staff. Heath especially! He is always the first to acknowledge you when you walk in and is extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I look forward to transitioning all of my accounts here because of the great service.
This bank is a disgrace and a fraud! They continually keep charging my for mail paper statement fees and I've been in 3 times to shut that off. After a few months they start it again! After the first time, they don't actually mail me the statements anymore, just charg me the fees so now I'm paying for something not even received! Went in to open an account I called they said they didn’t need appointment so I made appointment for next day I get there at 10:20 as my appointment was at 10:30 and they lady was going home so I said no problem tore up the paperwork they gave me and left. Horrible service and all this not one other person in the bank
