Absolutely the worst place I have ever banked with, I go to deposit my check at the bank and the bank is under construction so the drive-through lobby window is closed and so I decide to deposit my check via a Snapshot and I got it in before the cut off time and then it tells me that I can’t get my money until Monday. Worst place ever.

I wanted to make a transfer over the phone to my landlord’s account because I’m out of the country and I need to pay the rent for when I come back and in banner bank Moses lake they could not help me because for that they said I need to be there or do automatic payment.
