My God, BankWest you really need to get rid of that disgusting woman, Pacie, apparently the manager. Find it hard to believe she is allowed anywhere near the front of house representing BankWest. Every time I am there she is extremely rude to EVERY customer. Attended the branch today, to provide proof of power of attorney. The reviews from other clients are consistent with my findings. Inattentive staff with Pacie being the leader of the pack in atrocious interpersonal and banking skills. No wonder BW branches are shutting down!They are only decorative , with no essence and purpose.
Worst bank in the world terrible staff and service was shockingly bad
Shut midweek non public holiday at 10.30, no “back in 5” notes or holiday hours change sign. Smart atm wasn’t dispensing cash and wouldn’t accept cheque deposits. Only function this “bank” could offer was cash deposit from the atm. Remind me why i pay fews for banking services?!
