I would NOT recommend BankWest. Very poor service numerous times and I will never use BankWest again. Tried to open a debit card account for my son in addition to his existing account and was told it would take about an hour to set up. As it was closing in 30 minutes the teller said “not today”. Enough is enough, so I requested to close my accounts and will be taking my business elsewhere. That transaction took about 10 minutes. Much easier to close an account at BankWest than to open one.
Great Customer Service, Staff are nice and very helpful.
