Went to deposit some cash (notes) this morning and the smart ATM was not accepting deposits of notes. The BankWest website shows the Branch won’t open until 2024. Nearest branch with an ATM that will accept deposits is Perth.

Service is so fast.
Refused to close my account and hand over my money. Unnecessarily called the police and then made false accusations to them. Glad I'm no longer part of an organisation that treats every customer as a potential money launderer
