I had an appointment for opening a bank account at 3 pm on Thursday and about 3:24 they were keep telling me "it wouldn't be long". Well I left the branch. They might not have value for their customers time. I do for mine. However I am kind enough to give my extra dictionary to the branch manager to learn the meaning of appointment. I will drop it next Monday about lunch time.
1 terrible customer service 2 scammers have opened up accounts in false names here and they have no cooperation. 3 we are now receiving mail from the bank, which we dnt have an account there. Do not use this bank
Dealt with Cam Lang here while i was securing finance for an owner occupied property.
