I received the best service with staff who assisted me.
This week we had the pleasure of engaging with the team at the Ellenbrook branch - the experience did not dissapoint. The girls were engaging and more than willing to help. All staff were affiable, personable and dilligent within their work. A particularly encouraging initiation to our banking relationship, and I much look forward to our future engagements within the branch at Ellenbrook. Warm regards G & N
The consultant cancelled my credit card without my authority. And then provided incorrect payment details to pay for my credit card account while waiting for the new credit card. I invested my own 7-8 hours to sort out their mess. I will never recommend anyone to deal with Bankwest or Ellenbrook branch.
Most of the time U have to wait ... Less staff.... U always need appointment ... Won't help without appointment
