This week we had the pleasure of engaging with the team at the Ellenbrook branch - the experience did not dissapoint. The girls were engaging and more than willing to help. All staff were affiable, personable and dilligent within their work. The consultant cancelled my credit card without my authority. And then provided incorrect payment details to pay for my credit card account while waiting for the new credit card. I invested my own 7-8 hours to sort out their mess. I will never recommend anyone to deal with Bankwest or Ellenbrook branch.
Most of the time U have to wait ... Less staff.... U always need appointment ... Won't help without appointment
