Wasted time. Does not exist.
Took a relative in 1 teller. System rebooting. 1/2 hour later still waiting Forcing the elderly to get cards. Bendigo gives you a much better service and obviously care more about their customers
TERRIBLE service everytime I come in here. Queue is always long with customers waiting and ONE teller working. ALWAYS place orders for coin exchange one day in advance with clear pick up time for the next day but still ALWAYS having to wait as they’re either not ready/teller is busy/system down or whatever! Same thing again today and was told will have to wait 5 to 10 mins for the teller to open and it’s already been 20 mins now! Order was placed and stated to be picked up at 9.30am and it’s already 10.12am with teller still... read more
Really bad wait times
Only ONE teller working everyday... Used to be able to do deposit via atm using my common wealth card, they have removed that feature.. So now I've gotta Que up and it's taking a really long time to do one SMALL deposit. Restore the feature on the atm or employ more staff!!!! Edit - back at bank a week later, same story.... Second teller sitting at counter with sign saying sorry im unavailable.... 5 people waiting in que!
