Tanya, Simply Brilliant also , was at Fremantle Branch now Spearwood. I mainly frequent the Fremantle Branch , however as I'm residing in the local Cockburn area, I sometimes attend this branch , however Freo is still my primary branch. The tellers also very very polite , shame all these absolutely fantastic people are closing the branches in the very near future and there customer service attitudes, friendliness and genuine honesty is first class, it's a shame all banks can't adopt there positive approach. 5 Stars to you an... read more
I remember when I had a R&I bank account but sad to see this place close basically means phoenix shopping has no bank now just three ATMs.
Always found the staff very friendly and helpful.
