Justin , Bank Manager Fremantle WA Simply brilliant customer service and dealt with him directly yesterday 27/03/24 to get a.Bankwest App installed again on my mobile phone , he was able to assist me within minutes , all done correctly , no fuss , no hassle !!!! This particular branch is impressive!!!! That's what leadership is all about , even the Bank Managers on the floor too. Shows the genuine old fashioned values and attitude still exists. 5 Stars to him .. Any more stars given and he would be related to Tinkerbell. Lol
Since moving to Fremantle, I've been here twice and been served by Justin twice. He was excellent. Very informative, and went out of his way to be helpful. I really appreciate it.
as a Bankwest customer for a long time can't believe that I was told to count my own money at the Bankwest counter as otherwise the lady would not do a deposit.22/1/2024 14:00 is this a bank anymore. I'll concentrate on finding a real one tommorrow

As I rocked up to Bankwest Fremantle , the only branch I deal with now, as you would naturally, to receive the best customer service, competency when banking and friendliness satisfaction that i always get even for just an average customer like me , "nothing special" about me, im not on the Mc Cains commercial lol.
