Just visited Bankwest to sort out a complexed issue. Wow, the service was great, positive, professional and issue sorted. Thank you, much appreciated.
What a joke!
I'm now in the fourth day of waiting for my money to be transferred by BankWest to my other Bendigo account. I'm now late in paying my rent! Bendigo can transfer to other banks within minutes.... why is BankWest taking so long? I'm seriously thinking of closing my account at BankWest!
Closed.. closed.. let me check today… closed! Hardly operating and when they are they may aswell be robots. Can’t do a thing right or I’m left with 2 mins of the day left… 4hrs laterrrr! So not impressed with this
In my opinion staff should not interfering on their clients personal business. Clients trusted them but so low talking behind their back .
