parent closed Term Deposit with Bendigo. Took parents to open term deposits with Bankwest Malaga at 2.30pm. Bankwest Malaga Bank Staff advised to come back 1 hr when Bank officer responsible for opening Term Deposit is back. Went back to branch 3.30pm as advised and was told the bank officer responsible not in and to come back tomorrow. Disappointed and baffled. Hope the Bank officer will be in tomorrow.... and why cancel the ability to book appointments and telling customer to walk in and this happens? All my other dealings... read more
Bad customer service. Zero star
Customer service is terrible, they are care less, even one star is too much.
Worst service. Just trying to push you to refinance mortgage with them. Need id to deposit money it’s just annoying. Make you feel like a criminal for carrying cash. Janette was horrible doesn’t even smile
