5:30pm On my way to the airport to board a flight to Rome thought i could deposit Cash into my account via a SmartATM outside the building but as per usual Typical Bankwest Have no common sense but to have a ATM outside thats CASH OUT not Cash Deposit! Wake up Management ur losing more customers each day! Disappointed and stressed out 🤦♂️
My dad went there earlier. He has this panic issue sometimes that’s why he had to chew a gum to relieve it. Suddenly, this lady staff asked him to close his mouth while she’s speaking. I mean she could say it nicely but the way she delivered it was so disrespectful. And this other male staff was about to laugh about what his colleague said.
