Dealing with Liam has been a great first experience at getting a home loan. He's been very communicative and honest. Can't comment on any other employees of this establishment as my interactions have solely been with him. Looks like other reviews have given this place a bad wrap so not sure what the go there is. I got pre-approval in less than a few days which was great for my house searching. Thanks for all your help so far Liam.
The Rockingham branch is easily the worst bank I have ever been in. The queue is always stretching out the door and they only ever have one teller on duty. Loads of excuses on offer, but zero customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Utterly incompetent and dishonest staff. Avoid this bank
