Staff are rude and abrasive. Didn't realise getting coins from a bank was such an inconvenience for the teller staff Every time
Excellent customer service, anytime.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The banker called Ronda is too unprofessional and rude, not providing any positive service but trying to let customer leave the branch ASAP so she got free time to chat with others. When I reminded her about her attitude, she didn’t seem to care.
I have an account with Bankwest Kalamunda. I was trying open an joint account for my wife with Bankwest Belmont on 8th August 2023. However we were Foriegners and my wife names was long and had issues. I was attended by Anson Tan. I was told that Anson Tan will call me. I did not recueved any call but received a mail later. Informing that HQ has cleared and Anson works from Tuesday to Friday. So much of time was wasted and Belmont had to clear the doubts with Bankwest HQ. We left.
